Tokyo, Japan, February 12, 2026 – OM Digital Solutions Corporation and Panasonic Entertainment & Communication Co., Ltd., which jointly announced the Micro Four Thirds System standard in 2008 and have continuously promoted its development ever since, officially announced that Shenzhen Sonida Digital Technology Co., Ltd. has declared its full support for the Micro Four Thirds System standard, and will launch compliant imaging products to the global market under its own brand SONGDIAN.

The Micro Four Thirds System, an open imaging standard, is currently backed by 63 companies worldwide, including enterprises focusing on B2B operations. With Sonida’s participation, the Micro Four Thirds product lineup is expected to be further expanded in the future, and the unique advantages of this open standard will further enrich the imaging and video creation experience for global users.
